WHO WE ARE

BUSAC Real Estate has been present in the North American Real Estate market for over 25 years. As an investor, owner, developer and administrator, the company continues to broaden its expertise since its founding in 1998. BUSAC is part of JEMB Realty Group of New York. BUSAC and JEMB Realty are the lead investors in what are deemed as first-class organizations active in acquisitions, repositioning of real estate assets, major commercial and infrastructure investments, development projects as well as structured financing of real estate and infrastructure assets in Canada and the United States.

From its head office in Montreal, BUSAC provides administrative support and asset management assistance to JEMB Realty Group relating to properties, projects and divisions situated in New York, New Jersey and Florida.

Strong leader on the real estate scene, JEMB Realty Group has also expanded into the online gaming, financing, energy and telecommunications sectors, through investments in Resorts Digital Gaming, the Basis Investment Group, a company formed to invest in commercial real estate debt and equity opportunities, the Astoria Energy Plant and Xentris Wireless.
