Shoot Producer & Coordinator | Anso Atelier, Montréal
Anso Atelier is a creative agency in Montreal producing content, UGC and full campaign shoots for premium brands in beauty, fashion, food and hospitality. Our shoots range from fast UGC days to full-scale campaign productions, and they keep getting bigger and more frequent.
We’re hiring a part-time Shoot Producer & Coordinator, working under our Art Director, to run the logistics behind all of it, UGC and campaigns alike. You’re the person who makes sure every shoot is planned, budgeted, staffed, and runs like clockwork from prep to wrap.
This is for someone extremely type A, who loves a spreadsheet, stays calm when things go sideways on set, and takes real ownership of making the day run.
What you’ll own
Pre-production & coordination
- Campaign and shoot scheduling, start to finish
- Building call sheets and production schedules, and getting them to the team and talent
- Arranging permits, insurance, equipment and logistics: travel, catering, transport
Budget
- Building and owning the shoot budget
- Tracking spending against the budget every day
- Leading the profit and loss on campaign, shoot and UGC productions
- Reconciling receipts and expenses after each shoot
- Working with the ops team on team payments and negotiations
Props, styling & studio
- Styling UGC shoots end to end: pulling looks, dressing talent and set, and returning everything after
- Prop styling when a shoot calls for it
- On set: building the racks, steaming, and making sure every look is camera-ready
- Prop room organization and keeping the storage room clean, stocked and shoot-ready
- Bringing the props and wardrobe to every shoot
- Packing and unpacking
On set
- Running the day: keeping the team on schedule from call time to wrap
- Being the on-set point person for the crew
- Lunch and catering organization
- Solving problems as they come up: weather, no-shows, equipment failures
What we’re looking for
- Extremely type A and extremely organized, nothing slips
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- At least 2 years of coordination on-set experience
- A valid driver’s licence and need to have a car (you’ll be moving gear and props and be on set for every single shoot)
The details
- Part-time, 2 to 3 days a week to start, with flexibility around the shoot schedule for the specific days
- Start date mid-November, depending on the week and the shoots
- Strong possibility of more hours and full-time in the new year
- In-person, Montreal.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset
