About Ringover
Ringover is a fast-growing SaaS company providing an all-in-one cloud communications platform that powers business conversations through voice, video, SMS, and messaging. Headquartered in Paris with a growing U.S. presence in Atlanta, Ringover is trusted by over 14,000 businesses across the U.S., UK, and Europe.
Backed by $32 million in recent funding, Ringover is rapidly expanding its U.S. footprint, especially in the Staffing & Recruitment industry, where phone performance and integrated workflows are critical. We are on a mission to become the leading cloud communications provider in the U.S. and Canada, and this role is key to that ambition.
Your mission
Based in Montreal, you’ll drive Ringover’s expansion in Canada, starting with Quebec. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role: you’ll shape and execute our local go-to-market strategy, win new customers, and build strong partnerships. You’ll combine the autonomy of an entrepreneur with the resources of an established scale-up, supported by our HQ teams and North America VP of Sales as you grow revenue and lay the foundations for a future Canadian team.
What you will do
Understand the market
Run the market study: key segments, target accounts, competitors, local buying habits in Quebec first, then across Canada.
Adapt our offer to local needs, from product use cases to pricing and local data hosting.
Build and own the Canada business plan.
Generate revenue
Close the first deals yourself and open the first key accounts by running the full sales cycle.
Drive lead generation through outbound, partnerships, resellers and local ecosystems, starting with our existing partners HubSpot and Bullhorn.
Shape the local marketing strategy with our Marketing team: paid ads, events, field marketing.
Steer the business
Track your P&L, budget and KPIs: revenue, pipeline, customer retention.
Report regularly to the VP Sales Americas and leadership on your team’s performance.
Work hand in hand with HQ teams (Product, Marketing, Care, Finance, People) and apply our playbooks to keep a consistent approach across countries.
Who you are
7 to 10 years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS in an international company.
You’ve already opened the Quebec market for a SaaS company, ideally an American or international one.
You have founded a company or joined a start-up very early and helped build it.
Proven sales track record and experience managing a team, ideally selling solutions that integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce.
Entrepreneurial and versatile: you’re a doer, comfortable rolling up your sleeves on sales, marketing and operations.
You take risks, challenge yourself, learn fast from mistakes and always look for solutions.
Highly analytical: you build a business plan and steer with numbers.
A team player who leverages HQ expertise while bringing a strong local voice.
Native French speaker, fluent in English.
Based in Montréal.
