Job Title: Architect
Job Description:
We are looking for an Architect with strong technical writing and communication skills who will contribute to documenting approved patterns for AI. You will liaise with global implementation experts to help promote reusable Architecture Artefacts.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying AI related patterns and running a process to qualify and submit them to the divisional Architecture repository.
- Educating project teams on AI related technology options, benefits, costs etc.
- Working with central centers of excellence (Cloud, Data, Security etc.) to close gaps in AI related solutions.
- Weekly coordination with the AI Project team to qualify new requests.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience architecting reporting, trading or client facing solutions, within Financial Services or similar industry. You have presented Architecture Artefacts to a Review Board or similar senior technical authority for approval.
- Excellent communication skills; you need to efficiently assimilate information from technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce outputs that are readily understood.
- Some experience of creating Agent Skills or AI prompts; many of the patterns will evolve into machine readable instructions. Note this is not a developer role.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with a range of Large Language Model providers and their associated AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms within a complex regulated industry.
- Experience with Cloud ready technologies such as Kubernetes, Mongo and Kafka.
Warning: Role more suited to a Consulting / Architect profile who is focused on collaboration rather than an individual contributor who wants to write code.
